Sometimes, letting go is the best option. Self-care is not sacrificing your own happiness & wellbeing to make those around you happy.

Exercise, eat healthy, practice gratitude, make sleep a priority, but always, always learn when it’s time to move on from those things that aren’t good for you. 💜

To find peace, sometimes you have to be willing to lose your connection with the people, places, and things that create all the noise in your life.
