This is a watercolor painting of a blue orchid. Calm, lonely, but shining for the world to see. The colors are vivid and bright with hints of detail throughout the painting. It has been mounted on an acid-free board and framed. There is a small 1/8” spacer between the artwork and the acrylic to prevent the artwork from directly contacting the acrylic. The protective acrylic is UV blocking & non-glare.

The artwork size is roughly 8 1/2” x 10 7/8” on standard watercolor paper. The framed size (which includes the linen liner) is 17 1/2” x 20”. The frame has a distressed look and feel to the wood which matches the artwork perfectly.
